The automatic sheet storage system stacks and sorts sheets to ensure optimal feeding to the Sawteq S-320 and Sawteq S-300 sawing machines. The sheets are sorted based on the optimization settings to maximize sheet utilization and minimize cutting times.

⋅ The dimensions of the sheets are 2800 x 2070 and 2800 x 1300 mm

⋅ An average of 420 sheets are processed on the Sawteq S-320 every week

The Sawteq S-300 sawing machine cuts the panels to size for our cabinets based on pre-programmed settings. The saw applies a label to the panel that includes a barcode, the route through the production process, and a serial number.

⋅ The saw blade is replaced almost every day to ensure quality

⋅ To cut 3.700 panels, the saw must travel an average of 3 kilometers (600 meters per day)
